PRIVACY

Your information,
handled with care.

This page explains how DataQueens Bookkeeping handles information collected through this website.

When you get in touch

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and the kind of help you need. You can also choose to provide your business name, phone number and a message. We use these details to respond, discuss your needs and keep a record of our conversation. Please don’t include passwords, tax file numbers, bank details or sensitive financial documents in an initial enquiry.

Services that help this website work

The website is hosted on DigitalOcean. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the site, including checking whether form submissions come from people rather than automated bots. Brevo delivers enquiry notifications by email. Private website backups are stored using Cloudflare R2. These providers may process information in Australia and other countries where they operate.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in the background. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The quote brief and bookkeeping health check

Your answers are processed on your device and are not saved or sent as you work through these tools. Leaving or refreshing the page clears them. If you choose to discuss a result, its summary is added to the enquiry form for you to review or edit. It is sent to DataQueens only when you submit that enquiry.

Technical information and security

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and attempted logins to operate the website and prevent abuse. Administrator sign-in uses necessary cookies. We don’t add the details from your enquiry to advertising audiences or publish them on the website.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website or respond to you. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is retired.
