How much will bookkeeping cost?
Ongoing bookkeeping starts from $199 a month + GST, depending mainly on how many transactions you have each month. Payroll adds from $200 a month + GST. Use the quote brief for a starting price based on your business, and we’ll confirm the fee before you decide to go ahead.
Can I get help if my books are behind?
Yes — being behind is a reason to get in touch, not a reason to put it off. Let us know what’s outstanding and which records you have, and we’ll discuss a practical next step.
Can I switch from my current bookkeeper?
We can discuss what a handover would involve, including your current software, records and outstanding work. You can start with a conversation before making any changes.
Which bookkeeping software do you work with?
The business works with Xero and MYOB. Tell us which system you use and what you need help with so we can confirm the right fit.
Can you lodge my BAS?
Yes. Deanna is a registered BAS agent (TPB 26310158), so she can prepare and lodge your BAS with the ATO as part of your bookkeeping.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
DataQueens offers support without lock-in contracts. The work, fee and arrangements are agreed to suit your business.
